- 7.8.08 Wow! It's been a long time! I am working on a new section of my website for my new adventures, but for now I'll try to update this one.

- 4.4.07 I posted a new race schedule, which includes some of the possible races I will compete in this summer.

- I have relocated to Blacksburg, VA to train with the Virginia Tech Triathlon team. I will be living here for the summer and will probably take some more classes in the fall to prepare me for application to a Dietetics Internship.

- I returned to Virginia, USA on March 2 after a trip to Asia to let my body and mind recover from a rough period of being injured in New Zealand. You can view photos of my travels on my Flickr account.
